well... couple of days ago, my friend asked me to recommand a English book for beginner then I suggested the book that I read recently, '뉴욕의사의 백신영어'
well... there are possibly so many different way of learning (or studying) English and they all say constantly that they are right (or even some might say that they are ONLY right) way so that do not hesitate follow their ways.
In my case, I chased the way of '영절하 by 정찬용' and actually I liked it and believe that I had some benefit through that method as well,
the book '뉴욕의사의 백신영어' seems similar to '영절하', the contents and general concept of learning English shows differently thogugh.
Which mean, it has less than 100 English character through out the whole book (maybe more than 100.. I haven't counted them yet) like '영절하'
Ofcourse they have common thing as well, as an example, they both insisted reading out the written content such as books.
Beside they also suggest that writing a diary is one of best way to improve Engilsh.
What is more, watching a movie and dictated it
1. read out English written contents
2. writing a diary in English
3. watching and dictating a movie
and another similar thing is that it suggests the way of learning English efficiently(or shows how he has learn English), but not English itself.
well.. I am not posting this to evaluate the book or something.(I don't think I deserve it)
I am writing this as an diary (exactly what the book suggests)
한 줄 요약 : 요샌 책을 읽다보면 내가 감히 만날 수 없는 그 분들과 한참동안 직접 이야기를 나눈듯한 기분이 들어 행복하다
To conclusion, Through reading thoes types of books, we could be motivated by his experience.
What is more, in my case, while I was reading this book I felt like I had met and talked him one to one.
(this is why I like to read a book, I feel like I was chosen by them and been talked for hours while I am reading it.... very fascinating moment it is)
