I was summoned by Unit manager AGAIN.
Yesterday I made a mistake hanging a Heparin with a dosi flow then it was immediately noticed by the charge nurse next shift and the story automatically goes to the Unit manager.
well, I made a mistake then it is nothing to wonder being blamed by, however, it reminded me a sentence written on my old diary long time ago.
"I hate those people! I hate those people! ... but, I respect them. I... admire their knowledge on the filed."
again, as a new nurse, I dislike being blamed even with things done uncorrectly by myself,
but again, I respct them.
I know that without their effort of letting me know, no matter what methods between carrots to sticks they use, it is so clear that I will make nothing without them.
