On the hospital I am working...
Today, I lost a iris scissors which is as little as a little finger. Well... as a matter of fact, I just forget COUNTING these scissors when I went into the ward which was what I supposed to do due to being late.
Then, about an hour to go home a night shift coworker told me that the number of scissors is wrong.
I even had to trash bin upside down then looked for little scissors all over the ward. but I couldn't find them.
I... try to pretend making any mistake while I am working... I am carring pens and a little note then write every little thing all the time but mistake often occurs from unexpected placed...
I... hope no more bad thing happens anymore... plz...
