My laptop computer, ASUS eeePC 1000H, was broken suddenly without physical damage or something.
Like you may know I was majoring Computer Science I looked over whole hardware and found out that Hard Disk was broken.
I called Asus Royal Club then they said that at least about 100,000 won (approx US$100) would be charged to fix it only because of overdated guarantee.
So I surf the web and have to buy whole brand new 320GB HDD that cost only 65,000 won. (still big damage though)
anyhow, I feel service they are offering was a little bit ridiculus.
to fix 80Gb hard disk paying more than double of it's worth. (and time as well)
you know I think many people who are not familiar should pay whether it doulbe or triple and although I have a few knowledge of computer I am also not good at other.
... well, I just hope that I have enough money not to worry the money people charged to me.
